What do I offer?

Studio and gym classes

My classes are inclusive and suitable for everybody. The sequences are challenging yet fun, and I offer plenty of modifications, variations and props to support your practice.

Private tuition

Private classes are designed around your specific goals and challenges. They're ideal if you're recovering from an injury or looking to refine your alignment under guidance.

Corporate classes

Investing in mental wellbeing at work results in happier (and more productive) employees - just a 30-minute lunchtime session reduces stress, lethargy and achey backs.

Workshops and events

I teach at workshops, events and festivals in the UK, subject to availability, focusing on asana, pranayama, meditation and how yoga improves our mental health.
About me

So, what's my story?

I found yoga (or did yoga find me?) when I was 21 years old - at the time, I was suffering from various mental health illnesses, including an eating disorder that was slowly annihilating my sanity. Basically, I was desperate and willing to try anything that might help me heal…

A very young and extremely talented Yoga teacher. One can feel the true love Ash has got for Yoga through the dedication, attention and care she is putting when she is teaching. I highly recommend to everyone – beginners or more advanced yoga lovers to at least try her classes – the clarity and accuracy of her explanation gives you that sense of certainty that when you are in a pose, it will be the correct way.
