So, what’s my style?

It’s pretty eclectic. I trained in Ashtanga – but most of my classes are “Ashtanga-inspired”. Depending on the day, we might take an Ashtanga posture and break it down, focus on a particular body part (hello, hips), practise the primary series (which gets seriously sweaty) or promote relaxation with a slower flow. Classes are suitable for ALL levels, and I offer plenty of modifications, variations and props to support your practice.

Online Ashtanga (half primary) | Zoom | 6.30pm – 7.45pm

Saturday

Online Dynamic | Zoom | 9.00am – 10.00am

HOW TO BOOK & PRICES

Please check the Woo Wellness website for their class prices. Monday, Friday and Saturday classes £7 to drop-in. Additionally, you can purchase an Ashtanga monthly pass for £40, which gives you access to all Monday and Friday classes (expires on the last day of the month). Simply drop me a message via email or social media to book. I’ll then send you join links and payment details.

Private classes

Private classes are designed for YOU, taking into account your specific goals and challenges. For more information, read this article where I outline the benefits. During lockdown, I’m offering online private classes via Zoom (passes are valid three months from the date of purchase).
